Quality assurance / microbiology / regulated manufacturing
QA Specialist & Microbiologist with eight years across the lab and the production line.
I’ve run microbiological and physicochemical testing, audited GMP/GLP and 6S, validated cleaning and systems, and kept quality management systems current through SOPs, work instructions, SPC, and CAPA.
Quality isn’t a final check. It’s the way the work is set up.
I started in microbiology, testing water, raw materials, and finished goods. I moved onto the line, where I learned that a result is only as good as the process behind it. Today I work across both: running tests, auditing GMP/GLP and 6S, validating cleaning and systems, and keeping the QMS current.
I’m looking for a quality team where documentation, CAPA, and statistical process control are treated as tools for improvement, not paperwork. That includes pharmaceutical quality teams, where GMP/GLP, validation, and CAPA discipline transfer directly.

LineValidation of cleaning processes and new systems, with the documentation to prove the state of control.
LineSOPs, work instructions, incident reports, and quality records that are clear enough to be followed.
SystemStatistical process control and corrective/preventive action, from signal to root cause to closure.

A passing result means little if the line that produced it is out of control. I audit both.
SOPs and work instructions are only useful if they are clear, current, and actually used.
CAPA is not a form. It is the evidence that the fix held.
That is the standard I bring to a quality team.
I’m open to quality assurance, microbiology, and food safety roles in regulated manufacturing: food, beverage, personal care, home care, and pharmaceutical.
